Italian sausage meatballs
This is one of those Italian recipes adapted to the North American taste; quite the gourmet mixture of flavors. These are sure to be a favorite with kids.

It feels Italians have the thousand and one flavors for sausage meat, try different ones and you will be surprised. Fennel flavored sausage is one of our favorites.

Procedure
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, using your hands mix together. Form into 1" (2.5 cm) in diameter balls and place onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes. Transfer to serving dish.

Cooking Tips
You could serve them with pasta, but these meatballs go well with simple rice and tomato sauce on the side.
