Can you eat pink pork?

I know you can eat pink beef and pink lamb but not pink chicken. What about pork, can you eat it if it is pink?

Pink pork is undercooked pork and, no, definitely you should not eat undercooked pork.

Pork should always be well done to an internal temperature of 75º to 77º C. Meat should be opaque, cream to brown in color, and the juices should run clear. Nothing should be pink.

Cooking destroys patogens in pork meat. Even if modern farming practices have improved, hogs are well cared for, receive visits from the vet,and trichinosis is rare today, the risk of being infected has not been eliminate. and it is a riks not worth taking.
